Project Overview
This film was produced as a promotional piece for the 2025 Seiko Astron Shohei Ohtani model. Each year, Seiko releases a limited-edition Astron watch featuring Shohei Ohtani, accompanied by an interview where he shares his thoughts on “time.” Our team was responsible for the 2025 edition’s production.
In this shoot, we employed soft and nuanced lighting to accentuate the refined textures of the Astron watch, as well as Ohtani’s skin and his impeccably tailored suit. The film aims to reflect the sophistication of the Astron series and Ohtani’s distinguished presence.
I served as the Director of Photography for this project, collaborating with a team of talented cinematographers to enhance the visual quality. I would like to express my gratitude to all team members who contributed to this production.
